1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Korean Verbs AI ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Extension
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Rent, lease, or lend the Extension
• Use the Extension for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Extension Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Extension (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and code) are owned by Korean Verbs AI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 User Content

You retain all rights to any content you create or upload through the Extension (such as images for vision analysis). By using the vision analysis feature, you grant us permission to process your images through Pollination AI for analysis purposes only.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use the Extension:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any harmful, malicious, or illegal content
• To harass, abuse, or harm any person or entity
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Extension
• To introduce viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We specifically disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Extension is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Extension will meet your expectations

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Korean Verbs AI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 Pollination AI

The Extension uses Pollination AI for AI-powered features. Your use of Pollination AI is subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Pollination AI's services, content, or policies.

7.2 Chrome Web Store

The Extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store. Your use is also subject to the Chrome Web Store Terms of Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Korean Verbs AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate your use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Extension or our website. Your continued use of the Extension following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Extension is used, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Korean Verbs AI regarding the Extension and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
