You may use Chess Clock for:

- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer the App (though source code is available)
- Remove or modify any copyright notices

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability

- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of timing
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the timer will be perfectly accurate for official tournament use. For official tournaments, please verify timing accuracy or use certified equipment.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Business interruption
- Disputes arising from chess games
6. Updates and Modifications
6.1 App Updates
We may release updates to improve the App. Updates are optional but recommended for the best experience. We are not obligated to provide updates or support.
6.2 Terms Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information. In summary: we don't collect any personal data.

Chess Clock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KreggsCode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
