1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Confucius Wisdom mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Confucius Wisdom is a mobile application that provides:

• Access to quotes and teachings from Confucius
• AI-powered conversational interface embodying Confucian philosophy
• Daily wisdom notifications
• Collection and organization of favorite quotes
• Educational content about Confucius and Chinese philosophy

3. License and Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KreggsCode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The quotes and teachings of Confucius are in the public domain, but our compilation, presentation, and AI implementation are proprietary.

5. AI Chat Feature

The AI-powered chat feature is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. Please note:

• AI responses are generated by algorithms and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• The AI is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• The AI chat uses third-party services (Pollinations AI) subject to their own terms

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and ethically. You will not:

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Collect information about other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate historical and philosophical content, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information provided. The teachings and quotes are presented for educational purposes and should not be considered as professional advice.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Pollinations AI: For AI chat functionality
• Google Play Services: For app distribution

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Notifications

By enabling notifications, you consent to receive daily wisdom quotes and app updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KreggsCode and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Update these Terms at any time
• Change the App's features, functionality, or content

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KreggsCode regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

18. Age Restrictions

The App is suitable for all ages. However, if you are under 13 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

By using Confucius Wisdom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
