Welcome to BMR Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application. By accessing or using BMR Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using BMR Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License and Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BMR Studio for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the app
• Use automated systems to access the app

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Account Creation

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information as needed

3.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input into the app. We are not liable for incorrect calculations based on inaccurate user input.

5.1 Food Recognition

Our AI food scanner provides estimates that may not be 100% accurate. You should:

• Verify nutritional information when precision is critical
• Use multiple sources for important dietary decisions
• Understand that AI recognition has limitations

5.2 AI Nutritionist

The AI nutritionist feature provides general guidance based on your profile. It:

• Does not replace professional nutritionist or dietitian advice
• May not account for all medical conditions or allergies
• Should be used as a supplementary tool only

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BMR Studio are owned by Kreggs Code and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 User Content

You retain ownership of data you input. By using the app, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

7. Third-Party Services

BMR Studio integrates with third-party services (e.g., Pollinations AI). We are not responsible for:

• The availability or accuracy of third-party services
• Third-party privacy practices or terms
• Any damages resulting from third-party service use

8. Subscription and Payments

If we offer premium features in the future:

• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds will be handled according to Google Play Store policies
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• You can cancel anytime through your app store account

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• BMR Studio is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any)
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for data loss or device damage

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kreggs Code from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the app

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of BMR Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Camera and Permissions

The app requests certain permissions:

• Camera: For food scanning feature (optional)
• Storage: To save food images (optional)
• Internet: For AI features and updates (required)

You can deny permissions, but some features may not work without them.

13. Children's Use

BMR Studio is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the app.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violations
• Discontinue the app at any time
• Modify or remove features without notice

You may terminate your account by uninstalling the app and requesting data deletion.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Email (if provided)
• Updated "Last Modified" date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kreggs Code regarding the use of BMR Studio.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

20. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations when using BMR Studio.
